Events organising
I feel and have for some time that we need to change how these events are organised, I there for suggest the following:
We will find the next available dates for chelveston that are reasonable eg not Christmas day or anyone's major family events (weddings anniversaries)
This will then be decided by Soup and myself at which point the hall will be booked but also at the same time we will advance book the hall 6 months from that date.
These dates can then be announced this will give people 3 to 9 months to organise there holiday for these events.
When we have the next Lan we will then advance book the 3rd Lan keeping dates then set 12months in advanced
I know this wont suit all people but in all fairness we couldn't organise a piss up in a brewery, all of you have reasons not being able to make it at such short notice so now you will have 12 months notice as of the next Lan
